They were taken over by the japanese military, but they didn't collaborate in the same way some companies did.

Out of curiousity Joe, are you not buying cars from companies that used slave labour or is it just any of these so called nazi companies?

Did Nissan use slave labour during the war?

    I wouldn't buy a nissan.

its any company thats used slave labour.... or any company that collaborated with the nazi's.

ps. forks if you find an example of suzuki doing so I wont buy it... why would I? kind of defeats the object.

joe do you get public transport?

cos i'm sure they will use some of the companies you don't agree with.

so if i were being pedantic i could point out that if you paid for a ticket that money could then be used to buy from the aforementioned companies so you'd be (albeit indirectly) funding them?

    :p

I'm sure i use cutelry and handkerchiefs manufactured by nazi collaborators, but one has to draw a line.

What about the petrol you put in it, an the insurance companies you'll insure it with.

No doubt backed by dirty money, and extracting oil out of countries that have either been exploited for their oil, or have questionable regiemes?

    Vauxhall Corsa.

If you crash it or break it, there's loads and loads around, and you won't feel as guilty.
