    If it was a date just to break the ice drinks at a pub is the way I'd like to go..

    If I had to impress then a slap up meal in town somewhere possibly followed by clubbing or a quiet drink b4 delivering her home would be my choice. :up:

    I'm with tribal though.. I believe in paying for everything.
    I still do now.. nearly 4 years down the line..

    Can't help it, I like treating her.. :D

    i took a lass to the hyena a few weeks back got the definate seal of approval from her mates and a few people i saw in there i know.... steep tho..

    cinema is a crap idea and dinner is a bit too full on for a first date i reckon..

    blue reef was the plan for the second date :lol:

    just go out for drinks. always breaks the ice, and you can go to places where she likes, and will feel comfortable. you can chat, but without the pressure of a meal. you can both buy drinks too, so theres no pressure there.

    Go for drinks, see how it goes but have plenty banter when ya out and if she fancies it go clubbing - thats if it's all going well :up:

    After that maybe a meal the next time, i dont think i have ever been to the pictures "on a date" so to speak - id get bored which is why i never go anyways :p

    Ave generally just went to Jesmond / Central Station & The Gate for drinks or The Three Mile which isnt far from mine, a canny local and just generally a nice pub :up:

    The way i have worked it is paid for it all one night then she pays the next time out whether its been pubs/clubbing or a meal - everything gets paid for tho :up:

    I wouldnt ever just pay for a lass 24/7, i dont think its the way to someones heart and apart from the fact that i wouldnt be able to afford it its just not me...

    :lol: Wonder why im "mandy dingle" so to speak....
