    More likely "didnt bother" than "werent able to".

    All buiness tenants have an automatic right to renew (unless they specifically contracted the lease out).

    no, story goes (think it was Simon Stuart I heard it from), some peacock goes into Flying asks for some deep house so Scott sorts some choice vinyl for him to go listen to, but he comes back few minutes later saying it wasn't what he's looking for, he wants some proper DEEP house, like what Hed Kandi play :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:
