My mam went to me before "i sorted your draw out again, youve got £20" and i was like "errr yeah i know". i was looking for my king size skins and couldn't find them then thought "shit i know where they are". looked inside my wallet which was now lying open in my draw and i have left them inside hahhahaha :$

I am now awaiting a proper debate.

Quitting smoking gets easier the longer you keep at it- after a few days, it doesnt really seem like much but after managing to get through a few weeks, you just know that if you caved in and had one you'd feel gutted with yourself!
I quit for 2 months last year (including nights out which I never thought I'd be able to do) then I had loads of stress and just started again:evil:

I am now trying o quit again. I had one yesterday lunchtime and that was my last one ever. I will never have another cigarette again- that's what you have to believe. Your mentality needs to be that of a non-smoker in order to sucessfully quit.

I am determined to do it.

Just look at all those who are over 40 who smoke- that's enough to put you off! Those little wrinkles above the top lip are the worst-minging! I do not want to look like that.

Totally Georgina thats how Im trying to think really. This time I really want to stop whereas other times I havent as much.

Just need to start doing more exercise to take my mind off it, and then if I want to eat loads of chocolate I will!

After a weeks gone by the thought will probably not be good - I feel a bit sickened by the thought now think it did me good over-smoking nye/nyd!!
