Giving up smoking

aww katie, u can do it just think of something to reward yourself with at the end of it

ive never smoked so cant imagine how hard it is to give up but you will feel 100 times better when u do and if u do this u can do anything ohh think of all the bags and shoes u can buy with the extra money u save from quitting aswell

hmm u need to do something else instead to take your mind off smoking!! does chewing gum work coz u wont wanna smoke when u chewing, or get some haribos, eat them instead

look for a gorgeous pair of shoes and a date when you can wear them and aim for that

maybe it needs to be a bigger incentive then, maybe a million pairs of new shoes

I know its weird today and yesterday Ive been feeling a bit sick and dizzy, probably cos I havent had gum or patches or anything and just stopped all together...
