So what was the atmos like in room 2 then? Was totally looking forward seeing how JG would transfer into there but just had a new nipper born so not allowed out to play. Smoke machine on full pelt?

last night was really good :)

everyone in the house room was impressive. Thought it was excellent. The only thing what knock'd that room was when they had to empty it at about 9/10 so they could open the whole club across 3 rooms. It was a shame as the room was full and sounding great.

Floated between room 2 & 3 all night. Main room was heavy like :cyber:

i havnt seen him live, but I'm curious as to why you would say that - does he go overboard or do you not like that kind of thing in general?

As expected was a quality night.
Caught a little bit of Cally's set, then a tad of Kutski's, spent most of my night flutting between the back room & the other rooms. Was good to see all 3 rooms stowed off (just a bit of a nightmare when in desperate need of the toilet Lol). Was good to see al the familiar faces & nice to see a few coming out of there retirement to make the effort. :)

i love hiphop, but is he a hiphop dj that plays hard house? or a hard house dj that plays hiphop? or a confused hardcore dj? i'm just not a fan, think the whole concept is overrated and gimmicky. and he plays a lot of clubland bollocks. not my cup of tea at all, thats it really. just my opinion.

eddie halliwell scratches but imo it compliments the music he's playing...

I've managed to have a chinwag with Kutski a couple of times (one of the nicest blokes u could ever hope to meet & feet firmly on the floor) and chatted about his music style and in his words he's not really that cool and just plays stuff he likes..! For me that means that yeah he plays a lot of stuff that's not really up my street, but I definitely respect him for havin that attitude. I usually try to catch his R1 show which like his sets is really varied and although I don't like the hardstyle/hardcore, the hard trance he plays is quality. He loves his 90s rave classics too :groovy:

No hes a decent turntabilist but he mixes hip-hop/hardstyle/hardcore/trance/clubland and any other musical style you can think of into one set and it generally sounds shit
