Godskitchen grand reopening in 2000. Non-other than the then good Scott Bond has special permission to play for GK.

This was a non-ticket event but there was a "garantted"m guest list booked by phone.

We had our guest places booked but when we arrived in Brum the scene was CHAOS. The club held like 1500 and about 4000 Cyberkids had turned up and the streets where filled with clubbers trying to get in!! After hours of queuing (the que ran past a brothel and much merth was given to the hoares inside, some cybers even popped in for shag!) we arrived at the front as the doors where closed for good...... no more ppl in. So much for garranteed !! My worst clubbing experience without doubt. 4 hours there and 4 hours back!!

Should have seen the shit GK got after the event. It was really well respected untill that night but after that its name became mud and still is.
