I agree with that like-i'd never hit a lass mainly cos i had to grow up with it, but about 5 year ago i was goin out with a lass i thought i loved but she used to kick me to shit all the time, the only thing i cud do was to hold her n cuddle her till she calmed down wich often took a while, i know this might seem a bit soft if someone is realy layin into you but it worked, i got minimal damage done to me n she got nowt but a hug.
One day she gotta 'horse whip' for her birthday, so i got brayed with that for a while so obviously love or no love i had to end it, broke my heart but ultimatley better on both of us not having to stay in a violent relationship. still often think about what it would be like if she hadnt been violent towards me
