I recommend people try it maybe once.. but do it in an environment where u feel pretty comfortable. and have a sitter.

That was the key when i took acid too.. acid had me screwed for about 6-8hours, when it peaked i was seeing some seriously weird stuff. Come 4 hours or so it took a turn and i was really fucked. lying with slit wrists etc (i knew it was a trip.. but it was scary seeing it. and actually feeling cold on my arms)....

Salvia is a much more intense trip that totally detached me each time ive done it. It really comes on within about 20seconds and it kicks the shit out of you. Its like being slapped with a sillystick, you just become a spaz at times

The thing is... It wasnt a large dose. I just think maybe it was really strong. I took it with 2 other friends and we were all seriously messed up.

I was talking to my dad about it. He used to take 7 trips a night on weekends when he was young. His friend would sell them so they used to buy a bag full from a guy in sunderland. Says he used to just take a load on the bus heading home.

not sure where u get it, but when u do jus whack it in a pipe or a bucket an make sure u "eat the smoke", basically after uve had a toke hold ur breath for a good 20 seconds so u ingest as much as possible

I find the best way to smoke it is in a Pipe or bong.. the key to getting a good hit is getting it VERY hot.. unlike weed etc it needs a higher temp for the active chemicals to vapourise.

Use a jetflame lighter or even a small blowtorch if u can. Get it hot... inhale it and hold it in for about 20seconds or so...

exhale... then watch your world fall apart for 15mins lol
