cars that come from the manufacturers looking like that - are fine by me - they're usually there for a reason - they were designed that way

when people start sticking tupperwear onto their car in an effort to look fast - thats when it's gone too far

The TVR was custom modified by a bloke down south..
IMO it looks ok.. but certainly doesn't look as bad as some of the things you see knocking about.

I would still have it like.

Theres tuning and styling which when done properly, either by professional race teams, or by people with money to spend (like the Japanese / Hong Kong tuners) .... is an artform in itsself and its something that i can respect.

Cheap, nasty cars with plastic bits bolted on, and cheap wheels ........ just say "i am poor".

I'll give u the TVR but the DBR9 looks awesome..
Although I would have a hard choice choosing between it and a regular DB9 as the styling of the regualr DB9 is nice to start off with.

They were put up purely as examples of the fact that modifying doesn't necessirly mean shit little charva cars..

there are some genuinely top drawer modified cars, shame most of it is all tarnished by charvers. same goes for trance music nowadays i suppose.

For good examples of modifying done properly check out what comes out of Alpine / Brabus stables. If its good enough for BMW or Mercedes it'll do me nicely.
