A rather hectic first part of the year, doing up my house and preparing to move, while spending two days a week in London.

Now have finally made the move to London, got a great flat (two streets from my gf) and a cool flatmate, making new friends, learning new job etc. It's going to be an outstanding summer!

Plus I've got an amazing holiday to look forward to in November - two weeks sailing around the Grenadines with my gf, my sister and her husband.

Why?? If you don't know whats wrong with you and you feel low then what would be the problem of going to see either?? is it not "cool"???

You could have Glandular fever or something which if you don't sort out then you could make things very serious for yourself! I went to a doctors and a counsellor pretty much every week for the last year and they were amazing! its not psycho babble they're normal people who just look out for you. It was hard to make myself go but i did and was proud now I've sorted myself out

    ANYWAY

My 2006 has started to blossom!!! After 18 months of shit and depression I have finally found my old self again. :D :D I;m just revising for finals at the moment (eurgh) and then am looking forward to step into my Job for next year in June.

    :D :D :D :D :D

i think this is a guy thing, you lot need to get over this talking out problems thing, it really helps. I just would ignore someone was there and let out any thought feeling etc it didn;t even matter what i was saying but it let out a lot of emotion that was making me nuts!

I went to the doc's late last year because i was low and im proud because i did.

Ask yourself this mate, why sink lower when you can start climbing back up and see the light again.

The first step is always the hardest mate, just get yourself an appointment and keep your chin up.

Its been quite a wild year! A load of people have changed a lot it takes a lot of getting used too. I think you really drift apart from some people :) Its a dodgy year the last year of school anyway!

2006 has been good but its seem the rise and fall of many people!

Now I just cant wait for the end of my exams and summer with everyone
