    i went on the sunbed this afternoon, it didn't even feel hot to me but when i got off and looked in the mirror the whole back of my body was red raw. Its bad like and im in agony now. Had a freezing cold shower to take sum of the heat out but it didn't work.

    I feel like iv been sunbathing in the desert with cooking oil on or summit.......not that id know wot that felt like.
