the way i see it - a mod 'creates and moulds' a board. over the years, this place has had many rules, from the no swearing one to the no bullying rule - they've all either be ignored or gone the way of Promise - it's down to a mods own personality what THEY think is and isn't acceptale at any given point.

a good mod can make somewhere great - a bad one can ruin it's 'atmosphere'
