i wont start havin a convo with u on here, lol, coz i told someone to use pms earlier on today, but...

DJs who work as DJs IMO got to where they are coz they are essentially very good at it... and arent gonna take too kindly to someone who s been clubbin for a few years, listened to a handful of djs, and in the scheme of things not particularly well clued up in the world of music and djing, that he/she could do better...

but really, it all comes down to whther or not me, the guy with the money, thinks they are good. if i paid a tenner to go see a DJ and he was shite, then of course I am gonna be angry and tell everyone how much I hated them, so that they dont waste their hard earned money to see them.

I agree with Mark and Rob and everyone else who say it should be constructive criticism, or at least respectful enough not to call them curse words. the reality, though, is that not everyone will do that, no matter how much you tell them to, or threaten to close the board down, or whatever. So it really makes everyone else look bad when big long threads like this go on about people who really arent listening.

Personally, I usually dont even discuss music politics with people... cause its just so messy. Nearly everyone always thinks their style of music is the best, and everything else is shite...

I was just pointing out to DJBurns that maybe when I say "that dj eats crap" I dont mean it literally, I mean that the DJs music is awful to me... Cause I dont think anyone really hates any DJ as a person, but maybe as a musical icon, they do...
