    I lost my transmitter so I haven't an official time but it was arpund 3hr 45, I was shattered afterwards I ave up competative running a while ago and did no real preparation for it. 3:30 next time :up:

    Hopefully there is a next time

    I did great north run in bout 1.50 and was plsd with that!

    I was (I'm still only 19)a pretty good athlete but decided to give up atletics and concentrate on my degree and Phd (hopefully!) 1:50 is a decent time :up:

    that was yonks ago though, could do 8 minute miles back then... but did a run 1st time for years last week and did 5 miles at 10mins a mile.. if I can get down to 9min miles I'll be happy :cool:
