Peter you are the biggest hypocrite ever...not long ago u were like omg lawler let me lick your arsecheeks saying u were off the drugs and away from trance and now you are number one trance fan again explain?
incase im mistaken the theme of the thread was trance being dead, and unless im very much mistaken Newcastle isn't the only city in the world which plays trance, so how can you say the scene is dead based on Promises door numbers? i'm not even a massive fan of trance, but im not naive enough to say its dead just because i dont listen to it
i love house and play it, when did drugs come into this? and where did i mention ima fan of trance? im merely pointing out the facts
My Point was trance is dead in Newcastle. I didnt say its dead everywhere else. in Newcastle TRANCE IS DEAD. how many more times do i need to type this today?
I don't even give a shit about shit trance the only reason i posted in this DIRE, BORING, PREDICTABLE thread was so I could move the fucking thing..
I am positive not long back you used to always go on about how trance was dying. Yes Newcastle is not the whole world...but it used to be rife up here and now nobody even wants to hear it... In my opinion it is the start of trance dying...
Re: My Point your first post was, its dead (which to me says you meant the whole trance scene), then you tried backing up your comment saying how theres not a single club in newcastle that can pull a crowd, then i posted saying well you cant judge a whole scene based on Newcastle, then you back tracked
i think Trance in newcastle is almost dead - there's just not enough people and suitably sized venue with the right nights available to keep it going... somewhere like WHQ, on a friday, 1 locally known resident (tulip, luke terry, foster, someone like that) and a decent/different guest DJ (sander van doorn, katana, etc) fortnightly/monthly i'd like to see pull a decent crowd...
