having recently completed my 'diversity training and awareness' at work ( you have to if u work for my uni ), spactic IS an offensive term as it relates directly to a disability and is being used in an offensive way.

i'm trying to be impartial here, which is tough - maybe i'm not cut out to be a mod.

Maybe it's because they are the 3 most fitting for the job or popular out of the list? Why would Rob fix it? If he wanted them 3 on the council he would of just gave them three the job, he's the gaffer. I doubt he needs to lie about it all.
