i'm having a detox from everything after this weekend, when my birthday celebrations are over. rabbit food for 3 weeks
i just made salmon with boiled and steamed veg and some feta cheese...... is that a good enough start???
i don't really need to give up anything i'm natually toned, and i love food to much to give up the tasty fatty foods, and i don't drink that often, and i don't smoke or do drugs.
