Im partial to a bit of gabba, and yeah, i lasted the night upstairs... but fucking hell at times its just obscenely fast.

It means ya have to dance slower and just work on a swish move every 4 beats when possible.

    crazy hippy shit

Maybe but compared to the crowd with altern-8 at the uni there were loads of poeple barging around or just stood about.

I have found this every time when i have been to digital from wax on to shindig.

Only thing i noticed was that UEP was shite at the end.

Fair enough the tunes were canny but every mix he did was galloping allover or just cutting instantly to next tune with no flow whatsoever.

in 30 mins he managed to make the set sound like a train wreck

i wasnt there so im not saying it wasnt UEP, i just know bassy g was there and he's got more of a rep for bad mixing than anyone i know, and ive never heard any bad comments on uep, and actually have heard more than once that he's good

saying that, ive jammed with Guy before and his mixing was spot on, every mix was faultless, and he was using music he hadnt heard or played before (trance!)

sober is alot different to mortal drunk though lol :)

im sure Glen will show up and correct us all :)

UEP has the attitude of a man who loves it,doesnt care what people think, typical fuck you GGM,dont take life so seroiusly..well,thats what i assume:D ..if only more people in the world were as open minded..
