Habit at World HQ always used to get a bit lively at the end when you had the bouncer telling the DJ in one ear to stop the music and Danny telling the DJ in the other ear to keep playing

The bouncers have always been fine in my experience, maybe an off night???

I love the way bouncers or anyone with a bit of muscle handle situations where someone disagrees with them.

Gary, the bouncers do not call the shots when the club closes. It is the managment. Did you/GG confirm directly with management that you would close at 3.30am prior to the club opening?

From my experience, as long as the closing time is agreed then it is cool. Maybe worth speaking to the Mark/Steve/Gary about this? They are all sound.

The only bouncer I have an issue with is the young lad with dark hair. Not keen on him, seems overly agressive at searches etc. The rest have been no problems.

Cannot really understand why you think the club is a lost cause mate? For me it's getting better and better. I love the new layout and with the new, quality sound system going in the next couple of weeks, it will be a wicked little club space imo. Means a good system upstairs as well. Just need some better lighting then it will be perfect.

Im just bitter about friday mate, the dorrstaff pissed me off with the ever growing numbers of clubbers there throwing out & getting arrested. The clubs got bags of potential, with the right Lighting, efx etc... & the new system getting put in there I think things could go right off!

Sounds like it was pretty bad on Friday. You should ask GG to speak to the club, as it's not good if they are going on like that.

Luckily the majority of the clubbers never seen all the comotion as it was mostly at the front door, but it put a dampner on my night.

Hopefully all should be sorted for next month, it's probably wise just to close at the usual time then nobody gets let down?

gary, just make sure it gets advertised as 3am, unless you have specifically arranged for it to close at 4.

if you do get to go over 3 it's a bonus. i cannot see it happening much though, as the bar staff, bouncers etc wanna get home, which is fair enough.
