Read up that was my point, because alot of prog djs have gone piss poor imo and started producing stuff similar, minimal doesn't have the flowing percussion n that which i like, not saying all minimal is bad because i've heard some good stuff, I just don't like the really slow, random, glitchy stuff.

haha just prog house man, I'm just talking about normal percussion like congas etc that are tribal sounding, alot of minimal has just replaced percussion with weird noises, that's all i don't get :)

Check out anything on Connaiseur. It deals with the more melodic side of things. Heres some stuff i reckon might tickle your ears!

    Kollektiv Turmstrasse - Tristrasse
    Marco Resman - Gouache
Riley Reinhold - Lights In My Eyes
    Denis Karimani - Realtime Island
    Anja Schneider - Belize
    David K - Luna
    Rekleiner - Los Caminos e.p.
    Minilogue - Inca

Most of those sit between minimal and prog with no ''random burps'' in sight! :)
