this is such utter bollox. there are more people leaving the country than new arrivals settling here. the total numbers of asylum seekers is miniscule compared to the size of the population and of course they don't want to go back to somewhere they face being raped, tortured or murdered. would you?
They are not allowed to work here even though they want to, and have to survive on vouchers. many of them are highly educated and could be a benefit to our economy if they were allowed to, instead of being demonised by the BNP and the rightwing press.
Every tyrant in history picks on a weak and powerless section of society and blames them for the ills of society and the mob is always ready to join in their persecution. It happened to the jews, it happened to the asians in Uganda and if the BNP had their way it would happen in england to anybody whose skin was a different colour to the majority. That is where their policies would lead and why I despise everything they stand for and why you deserve a lashing. The BNP are fear driven bullying fascists and they should have no place in any country that calls itself civilised
