The others - now this is really questionable as to their intentions or who they are. The guy who was talking to ethan in the medical base is the chief other who stole Walt and that was probably his beard in the locker.

If the theory of the six stations being named after the 4th, 8th, 15th, 16th, 23rd and 42nd constellation when listed by largest area is true (which looks likely) then the medical hatch would certainly count as one of the stations (or hatches as it were).

16 Cygnus (The Swan - 'The Losties Hatch')

That would still leave three unfound 'hatches'.

Theres no guarantee thats whats gonna happen.. but thats what I've heard.
