I agree about assuming someone's guilt. However, as I said in another thread, this has to be applied to all cases and all aspects of life. Is Ian Huntley guilty? I think the vast majority of people would argue yes even though he has pleaded not guilty. Why? Because of what they have read in the media and saw on the television. Can't have one rule for certain types of people (such as celebrities) and another for the general public (such as Ian Huntley).

We dont know all the facts, in both cases, so therefore have no right to decide if either one is gulity or not. You seem to understand this too, however i think ian lacks the intellegence not to judge people based only on what we've heard.
