it appears that there is a tape that has come to light that has the mother & son accusing jackson of mollestering stating that they don't think he is a mollesterer & that she (the mother) see's jackson as a good father & as a father figure to her child!!!!

no he's not, he's a grown up responsible for his actions, and no matter how rich he is has still got to behave within the laws of society!!

I can't imagine anyone else getting away with even having kids sleeping in their own bed, which he's admitted to. It's wrong, or at least very suspect!

I'm surprised at your views on this whole issue Ian (and Les), especially BECAUSE you have a young daughter you're having trouble with your ex about seeing. Do you realise how easy it would be and how much damage it would cause for your ex to shout "child abuse" at you??? It happened to me a few years ago, well my girlfriend at the time, and it ain't funny I can tell you!

If it happened to you would be in exactly the same position that MJ is now, and you'd be praying to god that you'd have someone on your case who's prepared to consider the possibility that you're innocent, and please god, not someone with views like your own otherwise you'd be fucked!
