Ferry's only played twice mate, and to be fair I think we'd all like to see people of his calibre at least once a year...

I have made suggestions but I am but the humble light technician, i have no involvement with bookings.

I have confidence that whoevers supporting Marco V will be someone new to Evolve that most trance fans would like to see and lets not forget theres still Sander van Doorn, Aly & fila and Yoji to come first, none who've played digital before. And if the mumblings ive heard for after May come through its looking good

I cant see what the problem is with trying to book DJ's the likes of Digital Society has been, there is shit loads of talent knocking about that would get everybody up for the night, not slating it two months before its even on.

they cant book people like manuel le saux etc because the digital punters havent really heard of them kinds, at the end of the day they are a business and they do need to make money..you never know, putting on a bang up to date trance lineup a la digital society might give evolve some kind of notoriety, but they arent going to get as many through the door as they would for marco v or lashes.

on the same note they cant be happy about the fact that people are taking the piss out of their lineups two and three months before they're announced, but in the long run, they arent going to give a fuck.

i think digital's best left to the we-like-trance-but-dont-really-look-into-it kind of crowd.

recycled's going to sort it all out. :cool2:

Marco V is amazing, production wise untouchable & if you can catch him with his trance pants on is unreaL live, he's a total legend. The point im trying to make is that it's a little bit overkill with certain DJ's.

On the other hand I have heard on the grape vine that Armin is doing a string of UK dates before the Ibiza season....................

Of course, you certainly need to see high calibre DJ's such as Ferry once (and if they go down well) maybe twice a year, but the nights only been going a year & half & they've repeat booked 8 DJ's & in some cases had them on 3 times?

Like I said mate one of you's needs to get your oar in, your bang into the music & know the crack with DJ's, It would only benefit the night to have an opinion or help from someone who's that little bit more into that genre.

I will agree tho, the SVD & Fila line-up is the freshest thing Evolve has put out since it started, really good bookings.
