    I done Kick boxing for about 6 months last year and Lau Gar Kubg Fu for about a month..
    Been meaning to start Muay Thai for the past few weeks but haven't got either the time nor the money at the mo..

    Rach.. there is a kickboxing class on in Primrose community centre on a Sunday night at around 7.30pm. In Jarrow though.. :)

    ive been looking for muay thai or some sort of kung fu in sunderland, should be a laugh, i just fancy having some sort of party trick up me sleave like a backflip or somet :up:

    im a brown and white belt in northern freestyle, had to stop because my knee fucked :( 4 months to my grading aswell! :evil: try local leisure centres mate, even community centres :up:
