    True, I wouldnt want less than a 1.8 in a mk4 to be honest. Its the 1.8T that i would like, 150bhp.....get a remap and it's 190 bhp....nice :D

Oh my god.... you said the B word!!!!!!

Any BMW driver that comes past me is getting taken on (Aside from M3's) ..... they are the scum of the earth! ;)

Couldnt understand why anyone would want to get rid of a pure 'drivers' car like an Alfa GTV, to get a bland motorway rep-mobile like a 3 series.... Fair enough if your pushing 40, but they arent fun at all.

    *ducks*

They can be fun actually, we had a laugh driving one around Northumberland and Cumbria at the weekend.

They just show little imagination i reckon, there are much nicer things to have...people just associate status with BMW (especially if they're from Leeds, wear a blue tooth headset, have a mullet and favour Old Glory in the fashion stakes)

I'd have an M3 though

Your ex cant be all bad if he had such great initial taste in cars ;)

Maybe you should take him back.... but on the condition he ditches the mullet and gets another Alfa ;)

They are well engineered and built .... but just far too obvious.

The motorsport ones and the roadsters are the only ones i'd ever dream about shelling out for personally.

It got a great review by Jeremy Clarkson's side kick on top gear a couple of years ago.
