    Do you use weights at the gym?
    Muscle weighs more than fat..

    If your muscles are more toned now then you may well weigh more..

    Yeah.. I never blame the pizza :lol:

    I'm steadily gettin back into it..
    I find that at times I really can't be arsed though.

    One piece of advice.. never stop going..
    I was goin all the time and was totally into it.. loadsa energy etc..

    I stopped for a few months and I'm back to my lazy self :(

    I've set up my bench again so I'm gettin there.. :up:

    Im like that all the time! :lol: Some days Im just too tired and I hate every minute. Others im fine. I went this morning for a 20min run just cos i wanted to. Weirdo :p

    When I eventually move into the flat (hopefully over the next 3 months) I'm gonna join springs and go every other morning at 7am and every other evening..

    Hopefully..

    Starting Muay Thai next week too.. so I should hopefully get a little bit fitter and a bit bruised :) / :(

    20 Mins on a Sunday.. you crazier than me :p

    You do too much! Im dying after an hour & half 3 times a week!! I would like to do something like kick/boxing but I cant be bothered at the min.

    I only really go for about an 1hr..
    Bout 30 mins cardio and the rest on weights.

    If you start doing something like boxing/ma then you should go with a friend.. its great kicking shit outta ya mates :)

    I'm gonna be doin Muay Thai by myself though.. none of my mates wanna get involved with full contact stuff :( :lol:
