I just sent a battered and bruised 15 month old K810i back to 02, and recieved a shiny new one within 3 days, free of charge!

810 is a good phone, my joystick broke too, it was pressing "ok" when i wanted to press down...got so annoying one day i threw it accross the room...since then it kept turning off...so warrantied it

Contract is due for renewl in November..but typically you get to upgrade a month earlier. So i will have a near new spare!

C902 is what I reckon i'm going to upgrade to.

After the period of gash nokias such as the 6111 I don't think i'll go back to them. Used to Sony now anyway.

I like gadgets but don't see the appeal of carring bricks like the N95 round with me.

i'm not a fan of the SE's - or nokias anymore - samsung seem to be my favoruite

Mine's up for renewal next month and I'm looking at options now.

What's the best phone for filming at gigs/festivals/in clubs etc.. too? SE's sound quality is absolutely shit. The only decent recordings I've seen from events have been on the Nokia N95. Do any other phones even come close to this for video recording quality??

Decided on the Tocco. Rang up Orange and they said it would be £120 (knew that already, as had been told in their shops). Said I wasn't happy with that, had been with Orange for 10 years but would leave if I didn't get the phone free. So now I've got a free one coming tomorrow, plus have been put on a better tariff for me, which is also cheaper.

Nope, got the same rep, but she had to scurry off to speak to her manager. She was great actually, very helpful.

To be fair to the guy in the shop, when I told him the same story he said that they couldn't do anything but that if I rang the upgrades line I'd probably get one free.

as you probably know i had a hefty bill from when i was working away in ireland. i payed the last bit of the outstanding and june's bill off my debit card on the 17th july and told the lass on the phone to reinstate my direct debit so it would go out on the 1st as normal, and from zero.

fast forward to today and i have a bill for july and august totalling £81, when it should only be £35. was told on the phone that the direct debit didnt get reinstated in time (17th-1st ? i think not, dd reinstation takes 5 days) and that i now need to pay off junes bill before the 1st sept then have the august bill go out by dd on the 1st too. completely useless, and now im still in debt when i need to be saving for dubai

I ended up getting the Nokia 6220, canny good so far.
Its canny light tho, I think it might break quite easily but time will tell.

just upgraded to the Samsung Omnia, can't fault it.
