Mines a tricky one in any case because its a flat in a 4 story building and theres not many places that do mortgages for 4 story buildings apparently
hsbc do you can get a mortgage in almost every single case as long as you want to pay for it. i once got a mortgage for a guy who had had a house repossessed and was a discharged bankrupt and his rate was only about 7% which isnt too bad considering all the problems. you also generally would have to pay a fee for such a thing too but if you want amortgage bad enough then it's worth it. once things are paid off fully they only stay on your credit file for 6 years, however if they are still outstanding then they stay on until youve paid them off plus 6 years
Someone told me that debts you haven't paid have to be wiped off after 6 years if they haven't tried to get you to pay them. I doubt there's many companies out there who wouldn't bother chasing up their debtors though
go live in meadowell.. i can imagine you living there.... its a nice place, wont even need a mortgage... WHAT A THOUGHT!!
who me??? If you think i would suit living in the meadowell then you definately dont know me, and they people on here who know me will vouch for me. I'm far too much of a snob!!!! one of my mates used to live in the new housing estate there and he hated every minute of it......Besides why would i want to live anywhere on that side of the water? I'm a country girl and thats where i will stay!
I paid off all my debt in march/april , i had around 13k left to pay from a debt of around 24k , sent all my creditors letters , all 5 of them offering to pay half of wot i owed them in cash straight away if they would wipe my balance , all but one replied , 4 of them are now on my credit file as sorted but one of them ( egg card ? ) hasnt replied and hasnt bothered chasing the debt up either , i owe them just over a grand and offered them £520 , gonna wait till im settled in the new house and see where im at with money etc then chase it up again !!!
it annoys me the amount of people who go to festivals and are afraid of the rain! lol Get over it, your outdoors.....of course there's a risk you might get wet
well given the vast amount of festival flu this year it sounds like a few people may have been naked, but certainly not me....i wouldnt want to scare the crowds. Festivals are mint, we like to think of ourselves as hippies.......we're getting there! The only thing we're missing is the fish netting hanging from the side of the house. But i'm proud that i'm a bit hippyish....there's nothing shameful in that. But i'm no hillbilly, i havent fucked my brother for a start!
yes.. in a previous life.. many thousands of years ago.. we made sweet sweet music together, with our sheep skin bongos, and coconut drums
we had coconuts that long ago??? or was that because we were actually jamaican? You know i think i remember having dreadlocks once!!!
