    I feel rough after Farbic last night. Cant see myself doing the Gary Abletts many more times in my life. Its all caught up with me now. :(

    Had a few hours kip this morn, then a few hours walk around London since it was nice and sunny, force-fed myself a KFC next to Kings Cross, got back about 8, off to Vuzz shortly.

    Will sleep well tonight.
