hard nights don't work here though, i went to nearly all the quality nights and it was either packed when they had someone obvious on, or totally dead when they had up and coming djs, its because the crowd it attracts overall is pretty poor, whereas wax-on/shindig etc will attract students who maybe only want to go for a drink and relax without having their heads done in. :)

    Proteus

Proteus is what DJ'ing is all about he outs so much energy in too his sets. you just want him 2 bounce on the floor next 2 you.

If any one seen Yoji at talltrees 2005 with E.halliwell they will know what am on about rocked the place like it never rocked before:worship:

Lab 4 are one of the pioneers of hard dance.

Im sorry but Hard Dance is all a listen 2. I can get away with some funky house but it depends what tune it is.

it's all too much for me now mate im afraid lol i prefer something slower but i agree it still has to have energy. But you can't come on a public messageboard slagging the whole music scene in the northeast when half the promoters come on here and not expect some shit lol

I would say for a start Ive never heard Gaz west make a bad record yet. Theirs more people into the hard dance than people realise.

If the promoters get it right and pick a good time. A bet it Sell out no bother.

I love it when personal music tastes clash and people argue thinking one is better than the other, makes for great reading
