    Stayed in with my folks this year, and spent a grand total of NOTHING, while drinking their booze and eating their food. No queueing, shoving, expensive drinks in plastic mugs or anything.....

    Woke up the next day feeling fine and was back down south just before midnight.

    Im glad this year turned out to be really quiet for new year - The one before that was absolutely brilliant, so it was good to have something quiet this year. I think ill be ready to go mental again for the next one :)

    Was a tale or over expenditure...missing what i was supposed to be doing......drink driving......overindulgence.....and humiliation

    DISCLAMER: It's not big or clever just plain stupid to drink when drunk.

    Was nice to see the usual suspects, just a shame I can't really remember.

    Nine of us in a house in Cornwall from the night of the 30th until yesterday afternoon. Had the most amazing time - beautiful walks along the beach, fantastic people, wonderful gf and an outrageously drunk NYE.

    We had a great time in Dublin.

    Really nice hotel. NYE went to Guiness Factory and then went out. Had a really good laugh. Forgot how friendly/sound the Dubliners are.

    NYD was spent mostly in bed after a nice breakfast and a dip in the pool.

    Really enjoyed it all. Was good to get away from Newcastle.

    i had a pretty good nye

    few drinks at the girlfriends then we spent new year in mr lynch, which made a change from foundation!

    Went to my local where they had a 'disco' and karaoke. Shit venue but all my mates were there so the craic was good! I was hammered beyond belief and murdered various tunes on the karaoke :lol:

    NYE consisted of getting very drunk at my nannas house party as my family were over from Greece

    :eek: I actually went clubbing for the 2nd time in 2005 on NYE.

    ...and ended up really enjoying myself.

    Started off in the Union Rooms where i met the Spence, who appeared to of come dressed as a cross between sherlock holmes and a geography teacher! ;)

    Then on to digital for my first time and have to say I was impressed. Sound quality was good everywhere and the bar staff were mega friendly which was a nice change for a club.

    Wax:On room was good allnight but annie mac was unbelievable. She didn't play a single track I didn't love.

    Music in the back room was fairly average though, sounded like a slightly tougher hed kandi sound. So it was avoided for most of the night.

    Digital. Didn't catch as much of JZ as I would of liked as Annie Mac was too good. However, Fanciulli was amazing. Really really filthy house music. :up:

    Didn't see many off the board though. Brid, Craig, Vinny? I had a lookaround the main room but couldn't find you boys anywhere. Although I did meet the lovely Jess again who more than made up for not seeing any of your ugly faces! ;)

    Roll on 2006 and maybe i'll make it out more than twice this year.

    I never seen Brid or Vinny but was there somewhere, promise. :D

    Just remembered threatening then apologising to Nat or some Nat look-alike in the cloakroom queue. It was like a scene from the Comic Relief clips when they release the rice bags, only it was coat hangers. :lol:

    no worries, i'm sure i'll be back to digital soonish.

    i was fully annihilated early on anyway and then spent the rest of my time throwing shapes at fanciulli and annie mac. :lol:

    Vinny decided to have a quiet one with the new love of his life... and i wasnt up to it having waxed 100 quid the night before on an all day session - bit gutted i missed it now, but at the time i was just too tired to even get off the sofa at home let alone go out :mad: :lol: :lol:

    Good line-up it was though. :up:

    Would have been good to see yas though. Just cant hack rammed clubs anymore. Il have 20 or 30 better nights in Digital through the year. Got a text off Duncan at 6am asking if id been in there.

    nye well it started of a drunken one and then things just took a turn for the worse lol

    started of in camp david then went on to digital

    really enjoyed zabieilas set but didn stay long after

    was good to have the usual suspects out

    afters at the black parrots ....... messy

    jess you forgot the wrecked squirrel and imray the turkish warrior lol

    was total ill so left to try and get kip to get to the boat but nope opted for a chineses on the night and armageddon what a sit film that is ....
