They havn't gone back no, it's just taking ages to get the phone in and they keep trying to fob me off with shit handsets

i'd only use o2, the rest i've been on have been shite and far more expensive

Set them a deadline and if they don’t come up with the goods you will change over

Theres no point changing, I wont get a tarrif like they have offered elsewhere for the same price, even as a new customer.

If they cant help if stock is delayed setting them a dealine really wont help me

I got told i was entitled to a free upgrade after 12 months. So I rings em.... I want the new (at the time) Samsung d500.

Got told it werent in stock and they wouldnt have til end of month. Ring back at end of month still none in. Get told to ring back a week later. They said we only get a few in and they've all gone. :fuming:

So i said cant you reserve one? Answer no we cant. Why. Cos we have to wait til they're in stock and come up on the computer before we can do anything. :spangled:

All this time the website and papers are advertising a free Samsung d500 to new customers! So i said if i cancel my contract and register as a new user am I likely to get one that way? No.

In the end some manc in the call centre asked why I wanted the phone. Gave me some spiel about it not been all its cracked up to be and told me it would £120 to upgrade anyway!

In the end he recommended this sony for £30. I just paid it cos my old phone was nacked and i was sick of pissing about!

doh... u should have said u wanted 2 cancel ur contract they soon put u onto someone who works out a nice deal with u..... i got extra minutes, txts and and brand new w550i for the same price....

i prefer it to other networks, o2 treats are class when im skint and have no credit
