i sent off the forms straight away for incapacity benefit but have heard nothing yet, will send my new sick note in and give them a ring tomorrow

was at the docs again 2day 2 pick up my sick note like,


there is no physical siigns of anything that could affect me so hav told me 2 only eat the correct food at certain times and try that,

You've got to be able to get sick pay off the dole though! It's about £80 every week or something

I can only get incapacity benefitcos I'm 'self employed' and it's £57 a week but they've only just received the forms yesterday from 2 weeks ago so hasn't even been processed yet All my bills and mortgage came out on Mon and I am sooooo skint :cry2:
