best thing to do, is ring them up and threaten them, just say look, ive been with you a while now, and i didnt really want to go anywhere else but you've left me no choice. tell them you've been offered a much better deal, and unless they change you to that priceplan you want, or at least make some alterations, that you'll be taking your custom elsewhere. if they say fine, then want all that money off you, just say no, and tell them that you want your current plan, put down on the lowest tarrif, which should only be about £15 max i think, then dont use your phone. and go get a new contract somewhere else, theres loadsa good deals about, and you'll get a new phone

yeah but you've got every right to change your price plan, as long as its after the first 6month period. you can just put it onto a lower price tarrif

i was sorting some fellas home insurance out the other week, and because id rang him i had to press a release button on the turret, anywho i pressed it took me hadset off and me and me mate were crackin saddam hussain jokes cos he'd jsut been sentenced and i looked back at me turret after 5 mins of pisstakes and the fella was listening on the phone pissing himself laughing. think i got away with it

When i worked for Orange, i got this customer called Mr Worth one day that was kicking off about his phone being barred - He was barred because hadn't paid his bill for 3 months because he disputed some roaming charges on his bill that were blatantly correct.
3 other people had explained in detail why they were correct previously but he still didn't listen...when i also told him i wasn't lifting the bar he had the cheek to say 'do yourself a favour Marc - Get yourself a job you're good at', then hung up.

It got my back up plus i was having a shit day as it was, so i decided to text him from the Orange text site (meant for texting customers about things) and said 'Do yourself a favour Mr worth - PAY YOUR BILL' which didn't go down well with my management

Got a final written warning for 'Abuse of the E mail and internet policy & Rude and unacceptable behaviour towards a customer :argue2:

He was a total prick though so it was worth it

Thats interesting. Ive just early upgraded (which was expensive ) onto a new 12 month contract and they said I couldnt go onto an animal contract cos of that. Does that mean in three months I can? They arn't just going to let you get away with not paying.....there will be legal proceedings taken against you.

You would have to be in the last 3 months of your contract to change to an animal package...if youve just gone into a new 12 month it would be 9 months. Whats your talkplan?
