Well look at the most recent case when the general public found out that the millionaire rapist was moving onto my estate,

He received rifle rounds through the post, and is taking up police time as he was under 24 hour protection for about 2 weeks

Its not an illness, just as homosexuality isn't an illness.... I'd rather see them in an environment similar to rehab clinic - where they can integrate with society - but they have strict curfews constant supervision.
