The clubs are good and they play good music but if you go this time of year it takes you 30mins to walk to the toilet or bar because it's that packed and you cant move your arms on the dancefloor.
10 euros for a 250ml bottle of water or bottle of san miguel.

I only went because it was either go there with me mates or don't go away at all.

Isnt the whole point that you are meant to do those kind of things when you are late teens/early twenties?

Theres load of years left for 'proper' holidays

ibiza has never appealed to me....its just a dirty spanish isle.

fair enough the clubbing....but every city in europe has decent clubs and they dont try and have your eyes out on the door or at the bar...

Go to the far east, South America, Australia or even the USA. Visiting the same place year after year is just boring, the whole point of travelling is to see new places and stuff. Ibiza is full of the same old shit you get here. and there's nowt worse than when you're on holiday and you see someone you know from home. The last 2 times I've been I must of seen about 20 people I knew.

Well I didn't even go to that many clubs to be honest I couldn't afford it.. I enjoyed doing stuff like going to the rocks where every1 was jumping off near this lovely beach and we would all go and sit down on the rocks at nighttime.
Suppose part of the experience was working n meeting loads of mint people.

Yeah its never really appleaed to me either, I wouldnt mind going for a weekend but I couldnt be arsed to go for any longer.

Or maybe because it has the best djs and clubs on :spangled: ? The atmosphere in some of the clubs there is nothing like it is over here at the likes of dc10 and places.

If you have a husband/wife, kids and a mortgage then i very much doubt you could just fuck off to Thailand for a year.

you dont really know that because you've not been to every city in europe and seen the lineups for every club in them have you ?

From what Ive read and personal knowledge it is the place with the most amount of clubs and djs playing in one place? Fair enough other countries have good clubs..but not loads in a small place? So yeh I do know that actually.

I'm not that into clubbing but when you go to Ibiza you see the same DJ's you do over here anyway. The only night I enjoyed last week was Carl Cox at Space. It was decent until about 3.30am, after that you just couldn't move at all it was ridiculous.

Fair do's about you having a good time doing other stuff. But if you go to Ibiza and don't really go clubbing then what's the point? you could go somewhere far better for less money.

so you have to every cosmopolitan european city ? im sure london or berlin has more clubs than ibeefa simply due to the size.

Well I am really into that sort of music aswell though you could always go to like workers parties and beach parties that were that and basically cost nothing.

yeah but ... they don't have the same djs playing on? Plus why would I pick shitty england over ibiza....obviously the fact of the boiling temperture adds to why people wanna go there? I wouldn't wanna go on a hol to either of those places.

dj's play all over europe. if they've played in ibiza the chance is they've played all over..thats how they're so big and actually got the opportunity to play in ibiza in the first place.


and you have more choices for clubbing than either england or ibiza.
