Joe, I have not been singing boro's praises... I know it has problems and I hate seeing my area have difficulties at times. However i'm just stressing that it isn't as bad as people make out... as long as you are not an idiot and go to the heart of grangetown etc the chances are you will be ok

Why can't I be proud of where I come from? I'm not denying it has problems but people from teesside are sick to the back teeth of all the fucking shite that gets written and said about us. I take the piss out of boro sometimes but when I read shit in a national (london based) newspaper it gets a bit tedious.
