    why would you want to hide the age of your car?

    I'd be more ashamed of having a private plate than an old car ;)

    I don't get private plates, a friend of mine spent 10k on one... whats the point?!?!? You can buy a small boat for that (which is far more impressive than a bloody piece of plastic with your name on)

    somebody spent £330,000 on one. It's great, it comes straight of your taxes. we need all the rich bastards who never pay any tax to buy loads of them at more and more inflated prices. Every time I see one I think wanker, but keep right on. mugs

    I have to admit that there are things I'd rather spend £500 on. And I'm not bothered about the age or size of my car - It gets me from A to B, it's dirt cheap to run and fuel, and the latter certainly counts in today's climate of high petrol prices.

    If I ever get to the point where that amount 500 coins of the realm is small change I might consider it ;)

    funnily enough ... a board member PM'ed me to let me know that he runs a website selling them :lol:

    They dont cost silly money either ... they start at 78 quid, which isnt exactly silly money....
