umm not sure, the building is over 7 floors and is rather huge - much bigger than any nightclub i've ever been to, but i never went to rockshots so can't say for certain.

The Powerhouse was in the basement, Rockshots was above that, then offices above that. I'm pretty sure it is the same building. You'll be living above a piece of clubbing history!

Excellent! Ah, the joys of home ownership.

I can't wait to be back in my own property again. Unfortunately it means I have to sell my beloved house and buy something down here though.

I was looking at a house on Pattinson the other day, It was lush, same area as we are in at the minute, although its palmersville (but described as Forest Hall lol) done out really well, fireplace was lush, kitchen was black slate/chrome things, modern square style bathroom, really my style....

    then I realised

It WAS exactly our house just done up. Exactly the same as where we are renting now, same layout, size, garden everything, just all nice it also had patio doors where we have the dining room winow - huge difference! Ours it a bit on the shabby side, 70's carpets, old gas fire, MANKY kitchen, but I cant believe it can look so nice done up

was about 12% below asking. it is a really stunning apartment, middle of the building, balcony overlooking the square, needless to say i'm very happy with it. :)
