I stopped in Ibiza of all places! I kept running out of fags to smoke so i thought id just quit altogether and ive been stopped since. It a waste of time using nicotine patches and cutting down. Theres no easy way to stop.

I'm one of the people who's never had a craving to smoke. I don't get how people need to so much it must do your head in. I think I'm the only one out of my m8's who's never smoked.

I stopped from the last Promise to i think it was about July/August this year and have done since, i wouldnt say i am addicted at all like but its sometimes thru boredom or when i have had a drink and it doesnt help when loads of others around me smoke.

    I probs will stop again.

    Re: Quitting Smoking

i quit for a year using zyban - before that i had smoked constantly since i was 11 till i was 26, it was horrrible! it had got to the point where sometimes in a morning i had to have a cig before i had even opened my eyes and woke up properly :(

but i stopped for a year and unfortunately since i moved up here i have started smoking again (about 10 a week) due to stress

but i have stopped again for the new year and i am doing well :D

i hope you stick to your no smoking you really will feel better for it in the long run (just dont try to quit smoking when highly stressed it doesnt work)

    good luck :D
