    tell me about it, i have to say it all the time and no-one can ever understand me......i end up speeking to them like their thick and saying things like "YOU KNOW ALPHA ALPHA"

    It would make sense, but i tried that and they dont really understand...it's just like when i tell the the address cos it's

    so theres plently in there, and customers always think i'm syaing EE, so i spell it out frenetically to avoid confusion......lol
