Its a thing of everyday life now I take pride in my looks to make me feel comfortable when im out, if it pulls ladies then thats a bonus.

How is it overly shallow and superficial? When you go out do you not have a wash, brush your teeth, put clean clothes on, dabble yourself with aftershave etc? People just want to make an effort and look their best, i wouldn't say it was at all shallow...
