    I never knew they suspended the death penalty in Iraq, that could save a lot of problems when saddam and his lot get put on trail... lets hope so anyway.

    I agree that giving up without a fight will help his cause, and although I hope he spends the rest of his life in a dingy cell before burning in hell, I think if it came to the death penalty it would have a catastrophic impact on world peace and peace in the middle east.
