lol alot of prog djs dont seem to built up to anything tho i think thats the problem, good djs can keep the crowd interested, i love prog but it can be made to sound boring if it goes nowhere
Most of them do build though, but sometimes its pretty subtle and minimal so it 'sounds all the same'
if u wanna get more into prog you should buy: Way Out West - Don't Forget Me (Dust Biter mix) & (Clifton High Mix) Criss Source - Hugs'N'Kisses <<< sounds gay but its awesome plus also (if you aint already got them): NuFrequency - 808 Redanka - Waves
when sander played for us last time there was 1100 people in the club and he was really good. atmos was really good from where i was standing. Gutted i missed him at wax on as i was really interested to see his dvjset and hear what style he was playing. I wouldnt say hes a full on proggy dj any way. as for when Dave seaman played he was playing alot more housey than normal but to be honest the numbers were not great that night (i think arcane was on the same night though or it was the week the students went home so its not fair for me to judge him)
im not judging him, hes one of my favourite djs sanders live visuals were cool but tbh i spent most of the time just dancing away not paying too much attention to the screens
i don’t think the dvjset was that gud. i expected a lot better, don’t think, most of the people in the crowd new what was going on either.
The last time Dave Seaman was on he was class i thought, one of me best nights ive had at the Dig recently
Re: sander kleinenberg? mis of prog, house techno and breaks, he tends to mix it up quite a bit ins ome sets class dj this is everybody / too
Re: Re: sander kleinenberg? He's a good DJ, heard him play a little dull a few times but a good performer. Everybody rocks
he is a really good dj, though for some reason ive always preferred his mix cds/ own productions to seeing him play out
