Depends on the industry and employer. I recently blocked an interview for a graduate with a 2:1 over a 2:2 due to his personal interests. Think he had past times - wine tasting and reading poetry or some wank...
I can see what french is saying...however i dont have a degree and Ive got a respectable job, it proves that if you are good at what you do and you have experience then its just as effective if not better than having a degre...just depends on what field you are trying to get into... as french also mentions
I think you missed out the humility 101.. never mind though I'm sure you'll make lots of friends with an attitude like that I takes 5 (+2post grad experience) years to qualify for my proffession accrediataion so save it till you've passed first year pipsqueak
I can imagine the barrage of father jack like weegie bawling when you read his cv.. Hence the second part of my post.. I'm just all personality
I check 2 things first on a CV or application. The wage demands to make sure there lower than mine and then personal interests to see if there a cunt. The point is when your gonna have to work with someone it's more important you can get along as you quite often have to carry out the training for that person. They have to be on the same level.
I prefer self centred, I leave the arrogance, albeit faux, to those with nothing but clutch of gcse's and a dictionary of medical terms
