    Lol, what a mint track.

If people danced like that in clubs these days the'd get laughed at!!
I would have loved to have gone clubbing in the early 90's  :cool2:

early 1990's I was in Manchester for a couple of days. me and my mate wanted a drink and someone said 'you want to try the hacienda'. it was early and there was hardly anyone in. We were just straight punters. Didn't know the music, didn't know the drugs, didn't know about the hacienda really.
we stood on the balcony for a bit watching a couple of people on the dance floor. I turned to my mate and said 'shall we go find a pub this is crap' and so we did.
it took me till 1998 to realise what idiots we were. Can't believe it. what wankers

i just missed the '88 stuff, WAY too young, but had the tapes and we used to listen to the pirate radio stations around leeds - 'Dream FM' was the pick. my mates brother started getting 'underground' dance vinyl around '90 when he was djing in leeds, we started going to the gallery around '91 with steve luigi, then occasionally basics if we could get in, then there was the stuff at leeds uni, choas, arc, soak

i'd say early '91-'92 were my formative clubbing years

I wouldnt worry, i doubt the Hacienda was anywhere near as good as people would have you believe.

You just have to look at New Order to realise that eh Daly
