I sometimes get annoyed by the Shindig crowd.

But tbh i thought it was a pretty good crowd last night.

the heat was mad! i got loads of photos of my mates absoloutley drenched + sweat streamin of the walls.. as for sasha, i thought he was fairly average tbh and thought th warmup set was pretty dire  , I no a lot of people who went after he'd been on for an hour... didnt top lawler or digweed for me but then I didnt build myself up as much for those two.. would have preffered something less cheesy at the end too... ah well... still had a good night :)

Actually heard Scott Bradford mess up a mix (or the record jumped) for the first time ever - got a massive cheer for it - the man's a legend! Sasha's one of those DJ's who absolutely love when in the club but when you get home can't really remember much. Was that a bootleg of Xpander / Cowgirl or was he mixing them together?

I heard him fucked for the first time last week!!!

Heres what Scott said on another messageboard after Saturday:

It was a good night wasn't it
we had a few sound problems though which was a stress
there were a couple of dodgey mixes i have to admit.
it was so hot in there my fat sweaty fingers just kept sticking to the records...not making excuses here!
got to admit the reaction to the galloping mix was great atleast you know the punters are taking notice...i had to laugh.
sasha didnt pull the plug my cd just stopped halfway through (the same thing happend to sander last week) i thought shit the cd player must but knackerd but when i checked my cd it had a snot or something stuck to it.

and to answer the nervous question i shit my pants every time i play dont know why but i do

amazing night, sasha opened with a lovely melodic track:

schatrax - mispent years (silicon soul mix) and ended with his always amazing cowpander. Scott's set was amazing the bass was so fat and heavy. it was really warm in there but after a while your dancing so hard you dont even realize it. here are some pics i took, the corwd at around 2/3 pm was absolutely focked. had a great time.

What board is that from mate?

As for Sat I had a great time. I like everyone else was soaked right down to my wise fronts but it's one of these things when the club is a lockout. Amazing music all night - great warm up as usual and an amazing set from Sasha. Some real dirty and hard prog house with his usual melodic touch thrown in.

Can't believe I missed him play the Xpander bootleg as I left after the lights came on following the big vocal tune, thinking that was it.

Anyone else think it was weird at how bright it was at 4am coming out the club.

Mate, I think that is a Lexicon Avenue remix that is due for release. I mentioned it last week and some of the guys told me. :)

Can anyone tell me if the tune Scott played and Sasha also played very early in his set is a mix of Slam-positive education.
